The game is developed with
RPG Maker 2000 and requires RPG Maker runtime called RTPe.exe to be installed on your
system in order to work. Just try Google search for "rtpe.exe"
and you will find it without difficulties.
From the author's website: "The RPG is about the fifth
Kingdom - the greatest of the five kingdoms - the Space
Kingdom. There are a lot of sages who serve the great power
of Good in it. The wisest of them the Oracle. He has
supernatural powers that he uses wisely. But three of the
sages became bad, and their only wish is to control the
world. Thus, the story begins... And of course the Sailor
Senshi must stop the villains."
The further development of the game was abandoned after
releasing a short playable demo-version.
