SAILOR MOON DOOM WADS |
Doom is a 3D computer game by id Software, released on December 10,
1993, that became one of the most popular video games; it was ported to different
platforms and continued in sequels and expansion packs. One of the popular
aspects of Doom is the possibility to create custom levels and otherwise
modify the game, in the form of custom WAD files.All three Sailor Moon wads
below are applicable to Doom 2 version 1.9 only.

and unpack into any folder.

The first Sailormoon Doom wad was developed by SOS
DOOM Team (their site, that was formerly availably at (
http://dau.physics.sunysb.edu/~ming/sos/sosdoom.html ) is
closed now) to support the efforts of the Save Our Sailors
(SOS) campaign, which aimed at keeping Sailor Moon on the
air in North America. The wad file, developed by this team,
replaces original Doom sounds, music, some textures,
power-ups, weapons etc. with Sailormoon ones. E.g., you will
see the Moon Stick in your hand instead of a pistol.

After downloading the archive below, extract it into the same
folder where you have Doom 2 game. After doing so, run (double
click) sosinst2.bat. It will create doomhack.exe. Then
just double click sosdoom2.bat and the game starts.

SAILORMOON DOOM (V. 0.2)
I also have found on the Internet one of the
early releases of SOS Doom - namely, version 0.2.
This version was developed into v. 0.3 (see above)
so it's up to you to decide if you need this early
release also. In order to play this wad with Doom 2,
I was obliged to modify sosinst.bat file that
comes with the game - because it refers to
doom.exe instead of doom2.exe. So, in
order to get the wad to work, open sosinst.bat with
notepad and replace all "doom.exe" occurrences with
"doom2.exe". After this follow the same steps as for
version 0.3 |

This wad is based upon the wad by SOS Doom Team. It was created
by Skyhawk and Candyman (their site, that was formerly
available at ( http://home.t-online.de/home/0817151541-0001/index.html
) is closed now). All weapons are replaced with Sailormoon-related
ones, featuring Sailorjupiter's Supreme Thunder,
Sailormercury's Sabao Spray and several others.
After downloading the archive below, extract it into the same
folder where you have Doom 2 game and double-click smdoom2.bat

SAILOR MOON
MUSIC PWAD |
This wad, developed by Yukio Ide (3/13/1996), replaces default Doom II music
with soundtracks from Sailor Moon series.In order to install the wad, unpack
"smoon.wad" and put it into Doom II folder; Open any bat-file used
for starting Sailor Moon wads above (assuming that you will use them
together), and in the first line add the wad's name ("smoon.wad")
after "-file".
For instance, in Sailor Moon Doom 2 version 0.65 the content of
its bat-file looks as follows:
